ZebraFlow is operated by Winkleap SRL, Rue Notre Dame 81, 7866 Bois-de-Lessines, Belgium, company number BE 0663.751.796 (“we”). By creating a lab or accepting an invitation you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where you act for one, your institution.
ZebraFlow is a web application for managing zebrafish facilities: racks, tanks, batches, breedings and their history. We provide it as is, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
A lab is created by its first admin, who is responsible for who is invited and what they may do. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are for people; shared logins are not allowed.
The data you enter belongs to you or your institution. We process it only to provide the service, and we do not sell it or use it to train models. You can export your lab’s data at any time and ask us to delete it when you stop using the service. Our privacy notice describes what we store and why.
The Free plan is limited to 150 tanks (positions on your racks). Paid plans are billed yearly in advance by invoice, in euros, excluding VAT, at the prices published on zebraflow.app at the time of ordering. Limits are raised when payment is confirmed. Unpaid invoices may lead to the lab being set back to the Free plan limits after 30 days’ notice; data is never deleted for non-payment.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not attempt to access other labs’ data, and do not overload or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We keep daily backups. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
You may stop using the service at any time; a lab admin can ask us to delete the lab. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the courts of Tournai, Belgium.
